Bashan Lake is a 280-acre lake located in the south-central section of the state 4 miles northeast of East Haddam, CT.

Beach Pond is a 370-acre lake on the Connecticut-Rhode Island border at Voluntown, CT

Beseck Lake is a 120-acre lake located in the center of the state at Middlefield, 6 miles southwest of Middletown, CT.

Black Pond is a 75-acre pond located in the northeast corner of the state just south of the junction of state highways 197 and 198, 5 miles east of Union, CT.

Candlewood Lake is a 6,700-acre lake on the middle-western edge of the state, 2 miles west of New Milford, CT.

Cedar Lake is a 75-acre lake located in the south-central section of the state 4 miles southwest of East Haddam, CT.

Colebrook Impoundment is a 1,200-acre lake in the northwest corner of the state, 2 miles north of Riverton, CT.

Gardner Lake is a 490-acre lake located in the southeast corner of the state 2 miles northeast of Salem, CT.

Green Falls Reservoir is a 50-acre pond located in the southeast corner of the state 4 miles southeast of Voluntown, CT.

Highland Lake is a 450-acre lake located in the northern part of the state, west of center at Winchester, CT.

Lake Lillinonah is a 1,900-acre lake in the northwest corner of the state running through the towns of Brookfield, Bridgewater, New Milford, Newtown, Southbury and Roxbury, CT.

Lower Bolton Lake is a 180-acre lake located in the northern-central part of the state at Bolton, CT.

Mansfield Hollow Lake is a 440-acre lake located in the northern-central part of the state at Mansfield, CT.

Mashapaug Lake is a 300-acre lake located in the northeast portion of the state at the Massachusetts-Connecticut border, 2 miles north of Union, CT.

Moodus Reservoir is a 450-acre lake located in the central-southern part of the state, 2 miles east of Moodus, CT.

Mudge Pond is a 200-acre pond located in the northwest corner of the state at Sharon, CT along the New York-Connecticut border.

Pachaug Pond is an 830-acre lake located in the southeast corner of the state at Griswold, CT.

Pine Acres Lake is a 130-acre lake located in the central-northern part of the state at Hampton, CT.

Squantz Pond is a 300-acre pond located on the western edge of the state, on the New York-Connecticut border, at the middle point, 3 miles north of Fairfield, CT.

Lake Saltonstall is a 420-acre lake located along the lower border of the state at East Haven, CT.

Tyler Lake is a 180-acre lake in the northwest corner of the state 2 miles west of Goshen, CT along the New York-Connecticut border.

Waramaug Lake is a 680-acre lake located in the northwest corner of the state, 2 miles south of Warren, CT.

Washinee Lake (West Twin Lake) is a 290-acre lake located in the far northwest corner of the state 3 miles west of North Cannan, CT.
