About Angostura Reservoir
The serene setting of Angostura Lake awaits your visit for a day on the water. Angostura Reservoir, a 4,800-acre lake, 5 miles south of Hot Springs. At least eight boating access areas with boat launch ramps are distributed around the lake. The reservoir is part of Angostura Recreation Area, offering excellent opportunities for hiking, boating, and camping. There are 36 miles of shoreline for easy access from most any direction. Campgrounds, parks and recreation areas provide ample areas for swimming, picnicking and bank-related activities.

Located mid lake, west side, off Sheps Canyon Road, this is a one-lane, concrete ramp with a dock and gravel parking.

Located in the southeast section of the lake, off Recreation Road, this is a two-lane, concrete ramp with a dock and paved parking.
Baileys State Lakeside Boat Launch Ramp
Located in the southwest corner of the lake, off FR-6D, this is a one-lane, concrete ramp with a dock and gravel parking.

Located mid lake, on the north side of the lake, off Summersun Drive, this is a two-lane, concrete ramp with a dock and paved parking.
