Guide To Fishing At Gile Flowage Lake
AKA: Gile Flowage

Smallmouth bass, musky and walleye draw the lions share of attention at Gile Flowage Lake, which is a 3,400-acre lake in the north-central part of the state, at Montreal. Other species to target include sunfish, northern pike and yellow perch.
Enjoy the lush scenery as you traverse over 25 miles of shoreline surrounding this fertile fishery. The Gile Flowage Boat Launch is open to the public during season and provides parking during winter for ice fishing ventures. Most of the land surrounding the lake is undeveloped, affording multiple options for fishing from the bank, all around the lake. Canoes, kayaks, pontoons and power boats are all popular here.
