Boats of all types are allowed on the lake which has a maximum speed limit of 45 mph. Fishing from shore, from kayaks and canoes, or from fancy bass boats and pontoons all work well here. Try shallow-water fishing in spring and fall, then turn to probing the deeper river channels and ledges during summer and winter.
