About Lake Nockamixon
The picturesque setting of Nockamixon Reservoir awaits your visit for a day on the water. Located one hour north of Philadelphia, Lake Nockamixon is a 1,450-acre impoundment with a nice variety of fish species. The lake has a 20-hp limit for boat motors which keeps boat traffic in check for those who prefer peaceful serenity while being outdoors. There are areas of the lake accessible to the shoreline via hiking trails around the lake.

Haycock Boat Launch
Located in Nockamixon State Park, in the northwest corner of the lake, this is a three-lane, concrete boat launch ramp with plenty of paved parking.
Three Mile Run Boat Access
This is a two-lane, concrete ramp with a dock and limited parking. It is located in the southeast corner of the lake.
