The primitive boat launch ramp is located at North Boulder Lake Campground. Big lake trout are the pride of the fishery and are sought by serious anglers by trolling. Rainbow trout and kokanee salmon are catchable from shore.

Located in the southeast section of the lake, off Boulder Lake Dam Road, this is a one-lane, concrete ramp with a dock and gravel parking.

Located in the northwest section of the lake, off County Road 771, this is a couple primitive, gravel launch spots with gravel parking.
