About Rampart Reservoir
The serene setting of Rampart Range Reservoir awaits your visit for a day on the water. Located approximately twenty miles northwest of Colorado Springs, Rampart Reservoir is a 500 surface-acre lake. Access can be difficult for campers and any type trailer, as the road is not smoothly maintained. Hand-carried kayaks and canoes only - no motorized boats allowed. The scenic views add to a day on the water, or enjoy the lake from shore.
