Fishing At Blewett Falls Lake
AKA: Blewett Falls Reservoir
Fishing for largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, spotted bass, channel catfish, flathead catfish, blue catfish, black crappie, walleye, white bass and striped bass at Blewett Falls Lake in North Carolina.
What amounts to a wide spot in the Pee Dee River, Blewett Falls Lake is the epitome of a peaceful day fishing. This 2,560-acre lake in the south-central part of the state, does not get the boat traffic like other local lakes. Bass, catfish and crappie are of primary interest here. However the reservoir also has populations of white bass, stripers and walleye. Shoreline fishing opportunities are plentiful with easy access. There are two boat ramps for launching and close-by parking.
