Guide To Fishing At Graham-Mebane Lake
AKA: Quaker Lake
What to fish for...
Fishing for largemouth bass, channel catfish, blue catfish, black crappie, white crappie, bluegill, striped bass and hybrid striped bass at Graham-Mebane Lake in North Carolina.

Home to numerous fishing tournaments, Graham-Mebane Lake is a 650-acre lake in the north-central part of the state. Anglers can chase bass, crappie, sunfish and stripers around the 20-plus miles of shoreline from boats, fish the dedicated bank fishing area, or fish from one of the two fishing piers. Trophy-size bass, big crappies and an occasional giant catfish draw anglers to the lake. A marina, boat launch ramps, rental boats and convenience stores make a trip here a breeze. While not located right at the lake, campgrounds, RV spaces, restaurants and bait shops are all nearby. Formerly known as Quaker Lake, major updates and improved fisheries management has dramatically improved fishing here.
