About Hyco Lake
The serenity of Hyco Reservoir awaits your visit for a day on the water. Year-round warm water, heated by the generating station, makes Hyco Lake a year-round destination. This 3,750-acre lake in the north-central part of the state, is ideal for most water-sport activities. A marina has boats and kayaks for rent, and there are places to camp around the lake. Some of the shoreline is accessible.
